Because our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology, we have the following return policy:
**NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES** for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Buyer's remorse
**WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY FOR:**
- Defective products (printing errors, damaged items)
- Products that differ significantly from the product description
- Wrong item shipped
**HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:**
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: info@jazzinsoul.com
2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
3. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
**REFUNDS:**
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to process
**SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY:**
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered"
