ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Since all our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology, please allow:
- 2-5 business days for production (printing and quality check)
- Plus shipping time (see below)
SHIPPING TIMES
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after production
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after production
International:
- Shipping times vary by destination
- Please allow 10-20 business days after production
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type and quantity
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD within the United States.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Jazzin Soul LLC is not responsible for packages that are:
- Marked as "delivered" by the carrier
- Lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jazzinsoul.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
